I heard Arne Duncan mention best practice 3 times on Charlie Rose's show yesterday. And that speaks to a fresh approach regarding todays fast paced learning environment. As well I explained best practice technology to after school matters officials Sharif Walker and Sajad Husein, before I was accepted as innovative blogging instructor at an inner city magnet high school. All of these folks get it! Incidently, I mentioned to Mr.Duncan that Chicago school youth should immediately be exposed to google best practice, comprehensively!

Please understand that it does not require a super large network to prosper. If we can build a network of 5 to 25 member blogs on flashdrive. With serious people that's a lot of commerce. Especially when you use google's multimedia facilities! You should post or refresh your articles at least 3 times a week.
